All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of FinalTouch and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Design concepts and plans created by FinalTouch remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, limited usage rights are granted to the client for the specific project.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services and accurate information. However:

• Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party materials or services
• Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays
• Material availability and pricing from suppliers may vary

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinalTouch shall not be liable for:

9. Cancellation and Termination

Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects subject to the following:

• Written notice must be provided
• Cancellation fees may apply based on project stage
• Completed work and materials purchased are non-refundable
• All outstanding invoices must be paid

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Client conduct is inappropriate or abusive
• Project requirements become unfeasible
• Terms and Conditions are violated

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, mediation may be pursued
• Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the UAE
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
